Simple and Portable Palisades

Postby MusicalMethuselah » Mon Sep 03, 2018 8:26 pm

I think I saw a post a long time ago about building flat cover for easy storage, so I revisited that idea and came up with the idea of a palisade wall!

Since I had a bunch of brown 1-by-x plates, I thought I would go with a wooden palisade sort of feel.

Each piece can take ~4-5 shots before being completely broken.

They fold down nice and easy for storage as well!

That's surprisingly useful, simple, practical and good looking at the same time!

Hey, thanks! Hopefully I'll get more brown 1-by-xs to build more and make a full wall for a makeshift fort.

This looks really good! How does taking damage work with the sideways construction? do parts still come off or does it simply fall down after 4-5 shots?

Thanks! Well, it's supposed to still allow you to remove bricks, so you just pull pieces off of the front and back before removing the palisades proper.

(Or, if you're like me and play with the HtH-distance-to-3-bricks-high-cover rule, you can tactically only remove pieces that would expose the frame behind! )
