Random Frigate

This actually was meant to be a new quad frame core, but for some reason, as I started to fiddle with the pieces, it eventally became a frigate that most likely will be used for Intercept Orbit. I don't have a name for it, but it definatly shares the same brown/black/blay color theme as my original IO fleet, so I may just add it in.
