I'll upload more photos and do a breakdown soon. I'm going to build a variant as well.

The "Rigel" core in there is instantly recognizable! Good to see more of your builds!
I especially love that gun design, though. Simple but powerful.

Glad you like the gun design! Very close to the "Rigel Core", but with a few modifications 8-)

Great colors!

Not sure if it was intentional, but I really dig the contrast with the dark blue background!

Thanks man! I moved the lamps forward on the light box, which darkens the backdrop. It was accidental at first, but I noticed it once while photographing and now I do it deliberately

The Proxima is another in a stream of fantastic designs all distinct to your unique style. Your builds never disappoint. And as always thank you, not only for the inspiration, but for the breakdown as well. :)

You've done it again man. Love the silver details with the crest and matching blades. The knight motif works really well. Interesting blade attachment setup too, looks like it locks to two positions for drawn and retracted, very cool.

Those elbow blades are so cool! Love how simple but perfectly aligned they are.

Glad you both like the blades. It was a last minute addition after failing to design a rifle that fit. They do indeed draw and retract. 8-)

I agree about the retraction mechanism, I'm so stealing this!

Thanks V! It'd be cool seeing it used again on one of your designs.

As a card carrying member of the cult of articulation, I LOVE the retractable blades and am deeply impressed by your insistence on operable cockpit hatches. MOAR! :D

I appreciate it! I try to design frames that are posable and have the features/style of a Gunpla model kit. I really enjoyed your recent designs you posted. Tons of posability!
