These little guys are probably the most original frames I've made. My quadrupeds could maybe be included here, but those are pretty obviously a take on Scramblers. These little chicken-walker looking frames are a favorite of mine though. They almost edged out the Super Chub for being my masterpiece frame. Super easy to slap whatever weapon systems you want on these little suckers.

I still love those guys so much. I never did get around to building a few...

All the exposed studs make it look like it can have multipl sets of armour and weapon fitted onto it. Like Liger 0 from Zoids New Century. That brings back memories...

Yeah. It was intended to be a core, onto which you could slap all sorts of armor.

I'll just link it since it's a pretty normal design, but I made the Sprinter because I was bored of Chub mods.

I like variety. So I have quite a few entries for this. Which one do you guys think is my most original?

First off, we have Flame Heart.

Then Dark Caller.

This is the frame that evolved into Dark Caller over multiple iterations.

Ya know, Sage, I think you and me have very similar aesthetic tastes.
I cast my vote with Flame Heart or Silranthrii Charger.

I have a frame I made from scratch, here it is: Image Image

Any tips and tricks are very much appreciated. I call it the NA-01 "Cyber". I had no clue how to build the 'official' guns, so I gave it an arm- mounted cannon. This frame is designed for hit-and-run tactics.

Something I did for the lulz today.
Wanted to utilize that mask from minifigs series 11, so I went with crazy colours and simple edgy shapes.
Last survivor of the experimental line of "Terror Frames" meant for quick pacification of more primitive worlds.
This particular design was meant to resemble the warlike deity of certain jungle folk.
(I think I'll remove the head as it colides with the mask's face).

The logic of this Frame is astounding, of course primitives would be impressed by colour and epic leaf usage! I mean, I'm impressed and I can type with both hands... On a side note, tons of useful parts in my bin from that 90's era island people series, I might need to get that stuff onto some frames.

Back in 20 minutes ;)

("Primitives" as an identity is a pretty ugly concept that carries some hardcore racism. Let's not use it, OK?)

I love the direction! I'd particularly love to see an entire setting that exclusively used frames like this!

Sage, that thing looks like Big Dog. Which is awesomazing.

I actually made a 7p Big Dog when I was first starting out. Here's him and his friends.

I'm not sure if these count. There's an excessive use of taps, but there's not a single 4x4 Knob/Travis brick to be found in any of these:
