Yeah, that's a heavily tweaked Chub under all that plating. Naked and rotated below.

It's such a relaxing experience to build a good old chub from time to time!

This chub is outfitted with highly modern anti-radar armor and foot thrusters. It fights with double slayer machine pistols.ImageImage

Love that B-2 Spirit aesthetic. Even incorporated the distinctive flying-wing design with a squared head and roof-tile crotch-armor. Kudos, evilgenius!

This converted ST-07 is merely a labor frame, I mean it's painted yellow right? It also carries nothing but a soldering gun and a pick axe, what damage they could possibly do right? Your Colonial friends would never lie to you!

A Chub I threw together probably near 4 months back as a kind of Guncannon practice. Was really interested in using the bottom pieces for tank tread. Think the ideas were sound, minus perhaps the wide chest armor on a standard width Chub. Might go back and revisit the idea sometime, but I needed pieces for something... else.

Holy smokes those treads are great! I don't think that I've ever seen that technique before, it's definitely a keeper.
Not to mention the fantastic job you did capturing the source material in this scale.

Sorry to bring up olds. I went to hyperlink a mention of this build, and as best as I can tell I never actually posted it to the forum (probably because it is pretty silly). This thread can always use a bump, so...

I know this is nothing compared to all the other Kick Ass Tricked out Chubs out there, but I was inspired to add one of my own recent builds:

Also, this thread could use some more attention in my honest opinion. 8-)

Tricked out Chubs, huh?

Fine then.

Start the music.

And yes, this Chub is 3 times faster than all your other Chubs! ;)

Goofing around with some ideas for Chub mods, and came up with a decent new frame. Since it started life as a Chub, figured I'd post it here.

ImageImage

Created by the upstart Quicub Corporation on the Jovian moon of Callisto, the M-3 "Gamecock" shows obvious similarities with the ST-07 Chub, with which it was intended to compete.
